  • Roles & Responsibilities — project board, project manager, team manager, project assurance, project support, and stakeholders.
  • Tailoring PRINCE2 — adapting the method to scale, complexity and governance requirements.
  • Exam preparation — practice questions, mock exam and exam technique.
